Scale, Precision & Control

Our Sonipat plant is the heart of everything Avabro makes. Across more than 40,000 square feet of covered manufacturing floor, high-speed roll-forming lines, press brakes, and gantry-crane handling systems work in sequence to turn coil into finished roofing, cladding, and pre-engineered building components — accurate to close tolerances, batch after batch.

Every stage, from decoiling and profiling to cutting, packing, and dispatch, is handled under one roof and under our own quality control. That end-to-end ownership lets us hold consistent quality, meet demanding timelines, and produce made-to-length sections with minimal waste.

The images and videos here offer just a glimpse of the operation. The working floor extends well beyond these frames, with additional machinery and space kept in reserve to scale production as our customers grow.

These clips capture only a section of the floor — the full facility runs additional lines and holds further capacity in reserve.
